Meg Forch is an advocate and upholds a holistic approach to patient care with an emphasis on disease prevention and health promotion. She assists patients in the development of realistic plans to maintain a healthy lifestyle, offers counseling and goal-setting for unhealthy habits, provides preventative health services, screenings and vaccinations, and provides patient education in an effort to empower patients in their healthcare needs and to reduce hospitalizations and avert disease, disability and death.
