Comprehensive Primary Care is a provider of primary care that’s dedicated to patient-centered medicine for every stage of life. Our goal is to establish a trusting relationship and assist you in managing your healthcare holistically. For patients that require more complex care due to chronic conditions, having a primary care physician helps to reduce the risk of fragmented care and poor clinical outcomes. Our physicians will assist to coordinate care across a diverse array of multiple providers as well as a wide range of community support services.
To first establish a relationship with a provider in our practice, you will first undergo a thorough evaluation and physical exam. After your initial examination, your health information is easily accessible for anyone of our providers to see and treat you for an acute or chronic care appointment if necessary. We provide care to infants and children, adolescents and adults for both acute and chronic health issues.
Meet Our Providers
Dr. Sally Belcher
Dr. Belcher is a graduate of Brown University. She completed her medical training at Columbia University and did her residence at UCLA. She is board certified in Family Medicine. Dr. Belcher speaks English, Spanish and French. She has a special interest in lifestyle medicine for the prevention of chronic health problems.
Dr. Carolyn Baier O’Conor
Dr. O’Conor attended medical school at UCLA and also completed her residency there. She is board certified in Family Medicine. Her medical interests include preventive medicine, working collaboratively with patients, women’s health and pediatrics.
Dr. Barbara Bell
Dr. Bell attended medical school in her home state of South Dakota and completed her residency in Kansas. She is board certified in Family Medicine and has been practicing in Maryland since 1990. She enjoys all aspects of Family Medicine but has a special interest in adolescent care.
Elizabeth Swan CRNP
Elizabeth Swan is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner who completed her training at Franciscan University, in Ohio and Georgetown University in Washington DC. She has a special interest in preventive care, diabetes and enjoys working with patients of all ages.
