CPC now offers the convenience of Telemedicine appointments for those on the go or unable to come into our offices. Telemedicine is available for both new and current patients.

Video visits are conducted using doxy.me and via a Microsoft Teams solution. Details about your visit will be provided when you make your appointment.

How to Connect for your TeleVisit
For Televisit appointments, we use Microsoft Teams Solutions to provide video and audio so we can chat with our patients. To prepare for this Televisit, patients must get connected using the link emailed to them labeled “Join Microsoft Teams Meeting.” Please connect 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
- To establish a connection using a SmartPhone and/or a Tablet (Android or Apple), you MUST download Microsoft Teams App from either Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- To establish a connection using a Microsoft/Windows computer, the “Join Microsoft Teams Meeting” link can use any installed browser such as Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, and/or Google Chrome.However, to have the most successful connection, we recommend that you download the desktop version of Microsoft Teams on your computer using the following link: https://teams.microsoft.com/downloads
- To establish a connection using an Apple computer, the “Join Microsoft Teams Meeting” link below can only work if the computer has been installed with Google Chrome and the default Browser has been changed from Safari to Google Chrome.If this option is not available on your Mac, we recommend that you download the Mac version of Microsoft Teams at https://teams.microsoft.com/downloads
